1. To cut a frozen dessert into portions, boil hot water from a kettle or a water boiler, dip a sharp into the hot then cut the frozen dessert and cut wipe the knife clean with clean cloth and repeat, this will make the frozen dessert easier to cut.

2. Always your knifes are sharp, when chopping cutting, dicing or slicing as this will make each food preparation method easier, and if you cut yourself with a sharp knife, the cut will heal quicker, than with a blunt knife, so ensure you knifes are sharp.

3. When using you chopping, put a damp cloth underneath the board this will stop the board from moving and will make it safer, for the food preparation method that you are doing.
