Welcome to Dishes 'To' Delight. My name is Christopher Brough, I am a chef with over 23 years of experience in catering and the hospitality sector trade. I specialise in chef led cookery sessions, private dinner parties and chef for hire services. Let me briefly explain about the services I provide. Cookery Sessions, are run by myself where you will learn how to prepare, cook and finish a variety of home made dishes with freshly prepared ingredients.
My private dinner parties work like this; if you are having a celebration, occasion or an informal get - together, then come to the right place Dishes 'To' Delight'. I have a selection of menus for you to choose from. Whether you want formal or informal we can discuss a menu of your choice. Our ingredients on our menus are fresh ingredients with nice homemade f dishes.

Cooking healthy and delicious home cooked dishes can be difficult, especially if you're inexperienced or always pressed for time.
My interactive cookery sessions are a step by step guide for you to follow, with a variety and range of home made dishes that you, your friends and your family will love.
Each fun filled cookery session will be tailored to your level so whether you are a complete beginner or more experienced we will have a session that will suit you. If you have any specific requests I would be happy to incorporate these into sessions. I am happy to travel to any location in West Yorkshire.
With current restrictions in place, cooking sessions will be taking place through Zoom.
Would you like someone to and cook for you if you are having a BBQ, casual dinner, birthday party or informal celebration? If you don't feel like cooking the food and prefer someone to do it 'A Private Chef' is a good idea .
I will come to your home or chosen venue and you briefly explain to me what you need me to cook for you on the day of the occasion. I will cook for you and you guests, clear everything, tidy up and wash up as well.
There are a selection of set menus on the menu page, and these change on a monthly basis. I can also accommodate any dietary, specific requirements and allergies that you or you guests may have. My private dinner parties are ideal for groups of 6 to 12. Any higher numbers can be discussed. If you are planning an event or party, please get in touch and I can do it for you.
About Me
With 23 years of experience as a chef, I have worked in a variety of settings including restaurants, hotels and events. I then decided to set up my own cookery sessions, private dinner and chef hire services.
With my knowledge and experience I wanted to give something back to show members of the public how to create nice homemade food dishes with Dishes ' To' Delight for all.

Dishes 'To' Delight is based in Cleckheaton. These are the areas we cover: Gomersal, Birkenshaw, Didlington and Clayton and other surrounding areas. Our services do cover other areas in West Yorkshire as well.
